Circuit Exercise Recommendations: Addendum to ‘Go Func Yourself’

The following is a list of exercises that I would recommend for you to include in a circuit routine if you’d like to improve your body composition and cardiovascular fitness. They are exercises that don’t pose a high risk of injury, but at the same time also stimulate the the nervous sufficiently so as to be taxing and induce an anaerobic effect. ‘*’ indicates that the exercises that I would recommend be performed with weight if you are advanced enough.
